These terms cover your use of Global Web Concepts — the storefront, the hosting and domain services you buy through it, and the software we license. By opening an account or placing an order you are agreeing to them.
WHAT YOU ARE BUYING
Services are sold on a recurring cycle — monthly, annually, or whatever cycle is shown on the product at the time you order. We raise an invoice ahead of each renewal date and email you a link to pay it. Nothing renews silently at a price you have not seen: the amount is on the invoice before it is due.
Domains are different from hosting in one important way. When you register or transfer a domain you become its registrant, and the registry's own rules apply on top of ours. We cannot shorten a registry redemption period, reverse a completed transfer, or release a domain that a registry has locked.
IF AN INVOICE GOES UNPAID
We do not cut a service off the moment an invoice is late. An overdue invoice gets a reminder first. A service overdue beyond the grace period shown on your invoice is suspended, which means it stops serving but nothing is deleted. A service that stays suspended past the second grace window is cancelled, and cancellation does delete data. Both windows are deliberately long enough to fix a failed card without losing anything.
YOUR ACCOUNT
You are responsible for what happens under your login and for keeping your contact details current — an expiry notice sent to an address you no longer read is still a notice we sent. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to your account.
WHAT WE RUN ON YOUR BEHALF
Hosting accounts are provisioned onto real servers, and what you run on them is subject to the Acceptable Usage Policy. We may suspend a service without notice if it is actively harming other customers, the network, or a third party — a compromised site sending spam, for example. We will tell you why, and we will work with you to get it back.
LICENSED SOFTWARE
If you license the platform itself rather than buying hosting from us, your licence is bound to the domain it was issued for and validates periodically against our licence server. A licence covers the installation it was issued for; it is not transferable to a third party without our agreement. You may modify your own copy. You may not resell or redistribute it.
AI FEATURES
Several features draft content — site copy, product descriptions, support replies. Everything drafted is a draft: it is shown to a person before it is published or sent. No AI feature moves money, provisions a server, or cancels anything on its own. Review what it writes before you publish it, in the same way you would review anything else going out under your name.
CHANGES, AND ENDING THE ARRANGEMENT
You may cancel a service at any time, effective at the end of the cycle you have already paid for. If we change these terms materially we will say so before the change applies to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
