When you order a hosting plan, the account is created on the server automatically — you do not wait for someone to set it up by hand.
What happens, in order:
1. You complete checkout and the invoice is marked paid.
2. The account is provisioned on the hosting server, with the disk, bandwidth and mailbox limits of the plan you bought.
3. The login details appear under Services in your account area.
From there you have a control panel login for file management, databases, email accounts and one-click installers.
If you registered a domain in the same order, it is pointed at the account for you. If you are bringing a domain from elsewhere, update its nameservers at your current registrar to the ones shown on your service — DNS changes take up to 24 hours to be visible everywhere, though it is usually much faster.
If a service shows as pending for more than a few minutes, open a ticket. That normally means provisioning returned an error, and it is visible to us.
