Moving a domain here needs four things to be true at the registrar you are leaving.
The domain must be more than 60 days old, and it must not have been transferred in the last 60 days — this is a registry rule and nobody can waive it.
The registrar lock must be off. This is a setting in your current registrar's control panel, usually called 'transfer lock' or 'registrar lock'.
You need the authorization code — the EPP code or auth code. Your current registrar provides it, sometimes by email rather than on screen.
The administrative contact email on the domain must be one you can actually read, because the transfer confirmation goes there.
With those in place, start the transfer from the Domain Transfer page. Your registrant details stay exactly as they are — a transfer does not ask you to re-enter them.
A transfer typically completes within five to seven days. It can complete much faster if you approve the confirmation email promptly. A year is added to the registration as part of the transfer, so you do not lose time by moving.
The most common reason a transfer fails is the lock still being on. Check that first.
